Service Description
Our special space has allowed many families, businesses, and friends to create memorable events with charm, convenience, and comfort. From baby showers, to wedding showers, to celebrations of life, to business events, to receptions, to birthday parties, and beyond, we can help you! Available at an hourly rate. Minimum 2 Hours. HOW TO SECURE OUR DINING/LOUNGE AREA Hours to rent begin Monday-Saturday 4-9pm. Sunday's 10-8 pm. Hourly rental rate is $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Breakdown of initial payment/booking: - A refundable $200 security deposit is required at the time of booking and is reflected in the total. It will be returned within 3 days after the event, pending no damages or policy violations. - The full rental payment is due 30 days before the event date. You will receive an invoice via your email we have on file. Failure to make the final rental payment by the due date, may result in forfeiture of the reservation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the rental payment is non-refundable.
